Refund & Cancellation Policy
Enrollment in a program, class, service, or event reserves space, staffing, resources, and materials for the enrolled student. For this reason, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
1. All Payments are Final

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by LEAP Learning Center, all payments are final and non-refundable once enrollment, registration, or purchase has been confirmed.

LEAP does not provide refunds or credits for:

Student absences or missed sessions;

Vacations, travel, illness, or other personal circumstances;

Schedule changes or conflicts on the part of the student or family;

Late arrival or early departure;
-
A family's decision to withdraw from or discontinue a program or service;

Unused portions of a program, package, or enrollment period; or
-
Dissatisfaction or a change in personal circumstances or preferences.

2. Enrollment and Withdrawal

Enrollment reserves a student's place in the selected program or service and allows LEAP to plan staffing, scheduling, materials, and other resources accordingly.

Once enrollment has been confirmed, families remain responsible for the tuition or fees associated with their enrollment, regardless of attendance or subsequent withdrawal.

Withdrawal from a program does not entitle the family to a refund, prorated refund, or credit for the unused portion of the program.
3. Packages and Prepaid Services

Payments made for packages, prepaid sessions, or other bundled services are non-refundable.

Missed or unused sessions are not eligible for a refund or monetary credit unless LEAP has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Any expiration dates, scheduling requirements, or other conditions associated with a specific package or service will apply as communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Registration, Materials, and Other Fees

Registration fees, administrative fees, materials fees, deposits, and other enrollment-related fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by LEAP.
5. Cancellation or Schedule Changes by LEAP

LEAP reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, activities, program content, or other operational details when reasonably necessary.

If LEAP cancels a specific class or service, LEAP may, as appropriate, offer a rescheduled or make-up session, an account credit, or a refund for the affected service.

If LEAP cancels an entire program and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative, families will receive a refund or credit for the portion of the program that LEAP is unable to provide.
6. Agreement to This Policy

By enrolling in, registering for, or purchasing a LEAP program, class, package, event, or service, the parent, guardian, or purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
